Our Services
No after-hours service call fees, and no holiday fees. We have 24-hour service. All elderly people and people with small children in home is our top priority.
We like to advise all customers to get a free second opinion. We will always give you an upfront price, there are no surprises. You should always have your equipment serviced twice a year (Factory recommendation), so your back is not against the wall when time of need.
Cooling Services
We detergent wash coils so they have better air flow for 100% efficiency. We check all small compartment motors and freon pressures. We also take temps of the indoor job supply when job is complete.
Always have your unit cooling service done before turning on your AC, no matter how old your unit is.
Heating Services
We sell new equipment, we are Rheem, Ruud, hell, and Goodman dealers. We work on any name brand equipment. We install mini split units, and service all brands of Mini split equipment.
New Equipment
We go through your heating system 100%. We check your heat exchanger for any cracks, due to age of the unit. We check any small compartments and your operating gas pressure. We check your heat pump, your emergency heat, heating relays and ALL duct work. We want you to know that you’re safe from any Carbon monoxide poisoning and that you’re not breathing any attic or crawl space air. We make sure your duct work is sealed tight. We also service outdoor Hardy wood burners.
Heating Service should be done in the fall of the year before your turn your heat on.

Temp Control Plus Heating and Cooling was started in 2023 in Logan County Kentucky. The owner Sherman Creek has 30 years of experience in all forms of HVAC, in the Tennessee and Kentucky areas. Sherman is well known and well trusted with all HVAC needs.
